Waterjet cutting

With the water jet technique, we are able to perform cutting of certain workpieces in a variety of materials at once, which makes it best suited especially for ejection rubbers.

Unlimited applications

In addition to Vulkollan and rubber, we can cut art and foam, cell and sponge rubber, as well as cork, neoprene and many other materials with our waterjet cutter. These are cutted without heat influence, therefore there are no deformations in the cutting area.

What are the advantages of waterjet cutting?

  • the cutting of any contours is possible
  • beginning of cut is possible at any point of the workpiece
  • conical cutting up to ± 15 °
  • no thermal load on the workpiece
  • no or little burr formation at the cutting edges
  • low workpiece losses due to minimal cutting width and optimum nesting of the parts

Aquajet Software

For optimization of Your workflow, we create quickly and easily your individual layout. By means of parameter processing, a very high degree of automation is achieved here. As soon as you have sent us the layout or file you have created by e-mail, we optimize and cut the program for you.

For this we need CAD data in the following formats: DXF, DWG, N, PLT, HPGL, CF2.

As a reliable supplier of die-cutting accessories of all kinds, we are happy to provide you with all the necessary materials for cutting on request. Of course, you can also send us your own material.
