Ultrabender

Available now: Ultrabender PRO and ECO. In cooperation with our Hungarian partner UM Kereskedelmi Kft., we have added a variety of functions to the rule processing system.

Ultrabender PRO

The Ultrabender PRO is equipped with 12 flexible cutting tools that allow not only straight cuts and (small) noses but also (micro) perforations and cut-crease combinations of different widths and heights.

Ultrabender PRO

In addition, Ultrabender PRO can produce bridges of various widths and depths. The height of the cut-crease combination or bridge is already adjustable before processing, the width in turn by multi-punch.

Besides, Ultrabender PRO has a lock cut (dove tail tool), stripping forks and special tools for inner crease and bottom punch.

Shape broach

  • V – for sharp angles and tiny arcs
  • Flat – for "T"-joint and small arcs
  • Side – for "T"- and arc joints

The advantage: High length accuracy

Ultrabender PRO allows rounded arcs at the start bends and small arcs in accurate shape. By adjusting the depth of broaching, the radius of the angle can be influenced up to 0.6 mm. In addition, Ultrabender PRO has a ball-screw feeding and offers the possibility of "two-step cutting", which means that the rule is not separated in the machine after cutting.

Ultrabender ECO

The Ultrabender ECO cutting tools allow straight or nose cut, accurate notching as well as the perforation and shape broach of your rules, too. In addition, the processing system has a smaller bending head for faster tool changing, simple and replaceable male and female cutting blocks for reducing tool resharpening costs and a single or quad-nicking system.
