With SPEEDMOUNTplus you reduce the equipment of the mounting holes time required for laser-cut rotary dies by up to 75%.
 
So far, the rotation shells were drilled, countersunk and fitted with metal discs to reinforce the mounting holes. Normally when working on a two shelled tool in 2 m lengths it will take about 35 minutes. This is now a thing of the past.
 
With SPEEDMOUNTplus you get the flexibility to provide various wood thicknesses, an absolutely robust fastening system which completely accommodates the heads of the fastening screws and thus excludes the footprints on the cutting material.
