This Compact and powerful model convinces for its original design and fits every size for folding and corrugated cardboard for flat-bed (3050x1550mm), plus all the diameters (from 177 up to 808mm) and lengths (up to 3000mm) for rotary. It can be equipped with Rofin laser sources from 2000W up to 3500W.
It represents the perfect investment for every size of die-shop who aims a daily production of flatbed and rotary dies. A wide array of options are available for flatbed and rotary systems (PentaSCAN, PentaMILL, etc), options which change your idea of production.

LTF
The LTF system is the most compact model of Cutlite Penta. It is the optimal solution for die manufacturers with low to medium production lots. The movements in the X-axis are made via a movable platform on which the laser source is installed, and a movable cutting head in the Y-axis.
The LTF system also provides the combination of cutting head and galvanometric marking head for applying codes and / or logos on the dies (shorter production times).

The OF 2515 model consists of a table form that can be moved in the X and Y axis and a fixed laser head. The movements are carried out on special guides and are driven by servomotors and balls crews.
Equipped:
- Cutting head with a probe for detecting the correct focus position in case of any thickness differences
- CNC Smart Manager of the last generation, which can be connected to all standard CAD by means of a Post Processor
- An internet connection between the machine and the manufacturer for remote services
Possible extensions:
- Galvanometric system: For applying logos, codes etc.
- Capacitive cutting head for cutting plywood and metal without changing the cutting heads.

OFRL Compact

OFPRL (OF 2515 & OFRL Compact)
A combo machine which serves the processing of flat and rotary dies. The OF 2515 models are used to cut flat dies and with the OFRL Compact model for cutting rotary dies. The two systems (flat and rotary system) can be separated if necessary and / or to increase the productivity. In this case, a second laser source should be installed.
